Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed on weekends, after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been received you will be notified via email that your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipping. In case of high volume order processing times may be longer and you will be notified via email with an estimated timeline. If you do not receive our order confirmation via email notification, please check your junk/spam mailbox and contact us.
ORDER SHIPPING:
Please provide a parcel deliverable address. Some gated communities and apartment complexes have main cluster mailboxes. The UPS will not deliver to the door, please include the unit number. All shipping will be done through the UPS and discounted rates are already applied on all shipping. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the UPS so you can follow your shipment via the UPS tracking number. Once the package has left our hands we no longer have control over the shipment. You can contact the UPS with any questions you may have regarding your shipment. In the event of any possible shipping delays because of unforeseen circumstances (weather) are out of our control and are handled by the UPS.
